An Aeroplane in Paris?
Hear that?? That's the silence of speechlessness. I can't stress how big this track is, so I'm just going to say that combining Aeroplane and Flight Facilities is like having a candlelit dinner with Jesus and the Pope at the same time. Aeroplane dropped this sneaky mash in their live Essential Mix 2 months ago and it ripped the disco world a new one. Enough chatter, turn this up loud and let Aeroplane fly you off to disco heaven ;)

Bitch, you breakfast
Incredibly funky tune with entertaining lyrics - the full package! I heard this for the first time at Electric Circus during a Def Starr set and instantly loved it. The drop at 2:56 'funked' the living shit out of me.

Mixed Bag of Goodies
Here are some tunes that I'm thrashing at the moment:
Leonardus - My Love (Original Mix) - upbeat vintage disco at its best
DJ Fresh - Gold Dust (Flux Pavillion Remix) - heavy dubstep tune, absolute fire!
The Xx - Crystalised (Dark Sky Remix) - solid two-step version of my favourite Xx song
Sacré Cool
A little gem that I came across at the end of a Dark Sky mixtape the other day. This chillout vibe just oozes cool. Young Montana? is an unsigned artist from the UK. Definitely hoping to hear more from him soon
PS. the filmclip is dope!

Swooning
Not since Bag Raiders spun their delicious, feel-good disco tune 'Shooting Stars' have I been this excited about a song. 'Swoon' is off the latest Chemical Brothers album 'Further' and it is simply breathtaking. Side effects of listening include: feeling like you have been viciously assaulted by Cupid and an insatiable craving to hump the nearest object. Watch out for this tune cop some heavy rotation in clubs in the near future.
The Chemical Brothers - Swoon
Bonus Round: after you have cleaned up after yourself be sure to check out the rest of the album. 'Another World' is the best of the rest in my opinion. Plus, here's a sneaky remix of 'Swoon' by Blaze Tripp.

So.. is it safe to dance?
In the words of Etienne de Crecy, 'Welcome'. This is a blog purely about music I love and music that makes me move. I decided to create it because there is such a plethora (yes, on the big words already) of ridiculously good tracks that need to be shared and enjoyed by the masses. To kick off proceedings appropriately, a video of Mr. de Crecy dropping 'Welcome' in the infamous cube.
Bonus Round:
Ok, so if you're wondering where the name came from, look no further than this 80s classic by Men Without Hats. Terrible film clip and terrible song really.. but worth watching for the hell of it.
